Boutique deep connection to nature or fine art workshops, with a retreat style of delivery. Select from workshops with 1.5 to 3 hours of content, in either indoor or outdoor locations.

The deep connection to nature workshop is based on wholistic, qigong practices thousands of years old, aimed at soothing the nervous system, regulating and releasing emotions and restoring a sense of safety and balance. Most importantly you will experience a newer more empathetic relationship to nature with a structured set of practices to bring this awareness into your body.

The boutique fine art workshop is based on the atelier method of training. Learn, as a beginner to intermediate painter, what materials to use, how to mix and apply paint and how to compose a painting in an outdoor or indoor setting with the backdrop of beautiful Budj Bim on the South Coast of Victoria.

Cat was trained at the National Art School in Sydney and has twenty five years as a mixed media response to place artist. Her work is in public and private collections across Australia.
